Fethiye to Pamukkale-Ephesus in 1 day

Pamukkale is one of the major attractions of all Turkey. Often referred to as the cotton cliffs of Turkey, you will see why when you arrive to see a cascade of white falling down the hills. This natural wonder is an amazing sight to see as part of your Turkey itinerary. Situated just at the top of the cliffs are the ruins of Hierapolis. These ruins have an impressive amphitheatre that is said to be the best preserved in all of Turkey.

Pamukkale is one of those attractions that doesn't need days or hours upon hours to spend visiting. It's a great sight to see on the way between two of the hot destinations of Turkey - Fethiye and Selcuk/Kusadasi that is famous for the ruins of Ephesus. The natural travelling routes for more travellers through Turkey is to travel between these destinations with trying to fit in Pamukkale in between. To do this all in one day is easily achievable, but if you are on public bus it can be tricky as it can be up to 6 bus changes and up to a total of 3 buses.

So to take the hassle out of all the bus changes with your luggage we have set up what we refer to as the EASY BUS route. We pick you up from your accommodation in your starting destination, we take you to Pamukkale. You get an A-class day tour of Pamukkale and Hierapolis that includes your entrance fees, lunch and a local and very knowledgeable guide. After some free time for you to explore yourself, you are then taken onto your end destination and dropped to your accommodation of choice. So this great EASY BUS tour is the perfect way to get to the hottest destinations in Turkey without having to worry about changing buses.

ITINERARY
Depending on your location, you will be picked up between 7:00 am (Fethiye) to 8:30 am (Selcuk/Kusadasi) and taken onto Pamukkale. On arrival to Pamukkale, you will have lunch before your guide will start to take you onto the cotton cliffs for a closer look. You will get the full history of Pamukkale and time to enjoy and marvel at the sight. You will then have a fully guided tour of Hierapolis before given some free time to do with as you choose. You may like to pay extra to go into the thermal pools or spend your time wandering through the cotton cliffs yourself to find that perfect picture. You will then leave Pamukkale around 16:00pm and be taken by private bus onto your end destination - either Fethiye or Selcuk/Kusadasi to arrive around 20:00 pm at either location.

What is included: transport, lunch, tour guide and entrance fees.
What is not included: entrance into the thermal pools at Pamukkale. Drinks.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please note this EASY BUS route runs door to door service on private transport for the summer months of June, July, August and September. The tour will run every other day, even in the shoulder months however there will be at least one of the bus journeys done on a public bus. We will still collect you from your accommodation and get you onto that bus and our tour guides will meet you at the other end. So we refer to this as semi door to door service.
