Pamukkale Day Tour

Pamukkale is one of the hottest destinations on most peoples itinerary of Turkey. It is, however, one of those destinations that does not necessarily mean you need to spend all day and a night there. Pamukkale is a great destination as a day trip. The famous sight is often called the Cotton Castle due to the white cliffs that give it this appearance. It really is a sight worth seeing for your Turkey holiday itinerary, so be sure to add it onto your list.

Pamukkale is easily accessible from Fethiye. So the best news is you can actually do it in a day trip to and from Fethiye. If you wanted to do this via the public bus system you would have to change buses at least 4 times in one the one day. We have a great option for you with the EASY BUS to take all this hassle out for you and get you from your accommodation and back to your accommodation in Fethiye, whilst getting to visit Pamukkale in between. The EASY BUS is a door to door service that takes the hassle out of the day and lets you sit back and enjoy your day.

Your day will include a fully guided tour of the amazing sight of Pamukkale, along with some of the most impressive ruins in Turkey - Hierapolis. Once an ancient city that was built to house all the people coming to the springs of Pamukkale to heal their ailments. The ruins are in very good condition and the tour guide will give you the full history of the ancient City so you can really imagine times of the past. You will also be given some free time today, so you can wander through the cliffs yourself or spend the time paying an extra entrance fee to go into the thermal pool.

ITINERARY
On the morning of your tour, you will be picked up anywhere between 7:00 am to 8:00 am. We ask that you check with the office the day prior or keep an eye on your emails to confirm the exact pick-up time. This will vary depending on how many people there are on the tour (note - maximum 16) and the locations of their hotels. You will be driven in a private air-conditioned bus to Pamukkale where you will be served lunch on arrival. After lunch, the day begins with your tour of the two sights before you are given free time to spend as you like. Around 16:00pm you will be taken back to Fethiye and dropped back to your accommodation, normally arriving anywhere between 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

What is included: transport, lunch, tour guide and entrance fees.
What is not included: entrance into the thermal pools at Pamukkale. Drinks.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

This tour runs every day in peak summer months of June, July, August and September. In shoulder season please check with the office at time of your booking for availability as this tour may not be scheduled for an every day departure.
